Description

The General Purpose Sling, manufactured by Tech-Assist Products, is used for clients who are unable to stand transfer but do have head and trunk control. The leg straps contour to give comfortable support under the thighs, thinning out towards the loop attachment to prevent cutting into the groin when leg straps are crossed between client’s legs. The legs are padded in a closed cell foam to prevent material bunching up under the legs. Pleats around the aperture mean the sling contours better to the body. They are available in a choice of 2 fabrics, Polyester Mesh and Spacer Mesh (Neoprene and mesh combination). All slings are tested to International Standards and the SWL (Safe Working Load) is on the sling label.
