Home modifications are guided by Occupational Therapy assessment, which helps define the scope of works and provides the clinical justification required to support funding applications.
Minor and major home modifications
NovitaTech can support you through the entire home modification process, from assessment and planning through to installation and completion.
For minor home modifications, our in-house team can manage the assessment, quoting, supply, installation and handover of your modifications.
For major home modifications, our experienced team provides project management and coordination, working with a selected network of licensed builders and specialist contractors to deliver approved works.
For complex home modifications requiring a registered Building Works Project Manager, NovitaTech also has qualified Building Works Project Managers who can coordinate the project.
Across both minor and major modifications, we work closely with clients, families, Occupational Therapists and contractors to make sure the finished modification meets the client’s functional needs and funding requirements.

Funding your home modifications
